Exceptional
BEST LOCATION POSSIBLE! Literally a 2 minute walk from Termini station (bus, train and metro). The room was really clean upon arrival, and was also cleaned every day. Mr Sergio welcomed us with the biggest smile and he was really helpful with everything.

Central location, well equipped and comfortable rooms and very friendly owner.
The kitchen cannot be used for cooking.

Exceptional
Excellent location, about 20-25 min to all main attractions, a lot of restaurants nearby, ~5 min to metro station and railway station (with a small mall). Very clean apartment with ortopedic pillows (which was also pleasantly surprising). Host Sergio was always ready to help, gave all necessary info on transport, markets and attractions right when I checked in and also helped to book a taxi even though I needed it lately at night. All in all a perfect place for an individual tourist.
